I, Carol, was scrolling KZbin last night for a website promotion strategies to see what's out there and Boom! Your other video popped up. I watched and then binges on ALL your goodness. You had me at "pray for . . ." YOU are truly a Godsend because YOU are totally awesome. I love your videos, the total cuteness in your accent and how you lay it all out. It made me rethink a couple things and refine others. Thank you for being you!

Great video :) I have a question, I have an Etsy shop /website and I create new items monthly. Do you have a recommendation for using your strategy on a monthly basis? I am so overwhelmed With creating new items for my shop/site, writing blog content, email content , KZbin videos, running my FB group, creating social marketing posts, scheduling , etc etc. I'm not sure how to get ahead of the curve 😳😳😳

I'm struggling with understanding the concept of launching my one-on-one services when they are actually always available for booking. So how do you add in the urgency or time limit factor? Do you have any videos on this general topic?
@AshlynWrites3 жыл бұрын
Love this EJ. Yes ... here's a video I did on it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6SsnIKpeNWKjbs But essentially, you DO need to add urgency and scarcity. The good news? You have innate, built-in urgency AND time limit. You, my friend, are not a robot or do not have infinite time. You have-by nature of being a service provider-a cap on the # of clients you can take on. Talk that up: you can only take X clients a quarter. You should also be raising your prices every year (some people say a couple of times a year), so boom, there's another element of urgency. I'd build mini-pressure launches where you can-work to fill a quarter (or as much as you can), then service them. Do another campaign, service them. You can always have that application funnel up, but run pressurized launches around it. You can play around with adding bonuses during those campaigns, too. Does that help?

Folder duplicating tip for you. If you sync your Google drive (or a few folders) to your computer, you can copy/paste the folder and it will have all your files and structures... Even Google docs and sheets. Then because it's synced it will be uploaded to your drive in moments (depending on the speed of your internet).

This was such a fun and informative video! I'm working on my marketing strategy for the year and I got hung up. I run a product based business and until this year, I've pretty much had very little presence on any social media platform. I launched a website to sort of show the behind the scenes of my business and how I manage a household and a business while homeschooling my kiddos. I didn't create the website with the intent to sell my products on it (although I may mention from time to time), but really to create a community for moms with a similar lifestyle. I love the idea of 4 campaigns a year, but can't figure out what I would be "launching." I would love your thoughts. Also, fellow Alabama girl here! 😊 We're Bama fans, but my besties all happen to be Auburn fans, so that's fun! 🤪 Thanks for adding so much value to your community. ❤

Thanks so much for your comment, buddy! :) Without knowing much about your product, I would say that you would push some sort of discount/sale/package as your launch campaigns. I hope that helps! Go tigers! :)

Okay, so as I'm looking at this, I'm wondering how you work in client work (if you still do that?) My BIGGEST struggle with content planning is how schedule it in around my mountains of client work.
@AshlynWrites4 жыл бұрын
YES-we do still do that ... although it's not just me anymore, it's a little "boutique agency" of copywriters. Personally, my brain can.not.handle 1) AW content creation and 2) client work on the same day. I've tried, I can't do it. My brain works better if I stay on ONE or the other. I give 1 day, sometimes 1.5 days out of the week FULLY to client work. I give about 2 days each week FULLY to AW content creation. Have you ever watched my video on day batching and theme days?
@a.barrington91234 жыл бұрын
@@AshlynWrites You know, come to think of it-I vaguely remember that video. I need to rewatch! My brain is the same, so hard to jump from one task to another. I like the phrasing "boutique agency!"

Can a launch campaign be adapted for service providers that are local businesses? I like your system/strategy. So I am trying to figure out how I could apply this for my clients....maybe if we could launch a “deal/giveaway”. The only thing is that I heard we have to be very careful doing giveaways on Facebook....Sorry. Sort of thinking out loud here.

What if I have a service based IT company? No launches.
@AshlynWrites3 жыл бұрын
I'm pro launching services. :) A launch is JUST a fancy word for marketing campaign, and even if your service is an evergreen, bread-and-butter offer, you still need to be creating messaging campaigns and having pressurized weeks spotted throughout the year where you're saying "hey attention everyone, I do this service, we have X spots next quarter, and that's it, here's how you get a spot." We have the agency side of my business mostly on a funnel , but when I had no products, I still created campaigns around my copywriting services to push and book out.
