If anyone is curious how she keeps her fruits and veggies fresh, she showed it. The vinegar and water bath with proper drying will keep fruits fresh in the fridge. I tried it. Lettuce and strawberries keep well for up 2 weeks. If you store food wet and if your fridge is always wet, your fresh food will spoil in days. She can keep even the cut strawberries fresh because she has the double tray that allows air to circulate to keep it dry. Strawberries will spoil fast if it's sealed in an air tight container.

@@оленаралько-т9ы you are in Europe (I see Ukrainian language ;p) In Europe we have fresh fruits with out any pesticides. In US they have strawberries that can stay in fridge for week, it's not normal. I used to live in US and I was shocked when I bought strawberries and they looked good for week. In Europe when you buy fresh strawberries on June/July (only!) you need to eat them at least next day.

Yeah, I was wandering to. Also the amount of ready to eat fresh food just looks as too much. But I found on the profile information that they are family of six people. So I believe they can eat it all and nothing goes to waste. The question is however still in my mind. How often do you prepare fruit and vegetables like that?

I have to force my husband to watch these types of videos, read the comments, and note how many others have watched them to prove to him I am not the only woman in the world that wants her kitchen organized. He thinks it is weird that I want my fridge clean and orderly. He believes there is nothing wrong with placing a can of tuna on the tall shelf meant for milk while trying to force a half gallon of milk on it’s side in a space one inch too short for it to fit. That’s what comes of generations of no sisters, just all guys. They don’t get it! Thank heavens we had a daughter, she gives me credibility. Thank you for an inspiring video! I am dreaming of such a tidy refrigerator. We women want such simple things…

I just don’t understand pre-washing everything before storage. I think that would just greatly speed-up the decay of the fruit/vegetable. You’d have to plan to eat it all within a couple of days.

Wow it looks amazing! But whoa..you have a LOT of cheese. You must really love baking ^^ Btw I recommend you first saran wrap the lid of the bottles before you wash them with dishsoap. Else the dishsoap and water will get in. In our home, we store the ketchup in another container. Easy to pour squeeze bottles. Easy to clean too.
