Youngsters need to understand that working under someone else's mindset will never give you success. Even an entrepreneur is dependent on vendors, customers, and more. You can never sit on everyone and think business will thrive. It's an egotistical approach and should be thrown away. A job is not a sin, and neither is a business the only blessing. Grow up!
@SAGNIKANIVSAHOO-wg2lf6 ай бұрын
But many a times ,jobs are not that flexible always and they demand for even long working hours and the personal wishes ,enjoyments,desires get sacrificed. But,entrepreneurs when they reach the peak they have a different kind of life like you see for ex-there is a very rare chance for a salaried employee to sit in these kind of podcasts etc.etc..

Correct. It's not a joke to run a business. It's not just about the money. Just copying any industry or sector itself would require the complete knowledge of 1. The whole industry grade process 2. The raw materials and labours or even machinery. 3. The supply chain or distributership. 4. How to advertise. 5. Righ market time or even geographic area. 6. Timely updation and uplifting as per the market conditions and competition. And after the knowledge of all these things, a lot of money, it takes around 3 or more years to even start a profit. And remember, just because you are making a profit now doesn't mean it's the never ending money machine. Market changes, competition emerges, goverment policies or local things interfere. I am not discouraging anyone, but if you wanna do a business, know every damn thing and prepare 2-3 backups. It's not the one who takes risk becomes successful, but the one who mitigates and minimizes the risk becomes successful.
