Sir just saying, i am a CA finalist with 3 years of completed articleship. actually this booking fake expenses to abate income tax and other taxes is something done is almost 80% of big companies. 😅 They call it entry. Yes its illegal but my estimates say if... If these taxes were not abated like they are now, just from these entries like booking false expense in name of commission etc, The govt would be so rich from taxes that it can result in no taxation at all till 10 lakhs per annum for all. Just imagine the magnitude of this tax evasion. Sadly companies pay cuts to politicians and even politicians do these entries and launder money so no one even wants to catch these scams. Ye iska kuch crores side like karke fake expenses book karna is actually not even a bit surprising for me because chillar h ye. And when i am saying this, big 4 doodh ke dhule hue nahi hai. Bada admi bhi bikta hai. Bas rakam jayada hoti hai. My profession is very respectable and valuable but some.. Actually not some, but a large amount of Chartered accountants in practice(even some including the ones part of council of icai) are involved in this entry scams. And hence bringing a shame to Profession. Strict action is needed otherwise our noble profession for which we study the hell out is going to go down cuz of greed. I have lost the spirit to even continue studying for my final exam after witnessing this hell hole.

Bro I respect your contents. But frankly the video seems as a paid content creation to derogate someone. Because of the following reasons: 1. How come you marking direct assertions on Someone based on interim report, not even final. 2. It is peculiar that an interim report of a company is so public even without any decision. 3. How come the pleadings in an arbitration came out in public because usually arbitrations are there to ensure private hearings of disputes, clearly a leak from either Bharat pe or Mr Ashneer. 4. The case of fraud is before court and the same decision is pending. It is you only who has several times condemned media trial and criticized the same, so I think you fell below your own level. Just think for a moment by chance court order comes in favour of Mr. Ashneer, then either you would say Court bhi biki hui hai or your whole video just goes in the dustbin.
