I kind of love how these sets are all about the animal villagers and not the human avatar. They're not only given activities and tasks that the player does on a daily basis, but they express a lot more personality than just Peppy, Smug, or Normal.

I don't think the shorter legs on Marshall is because of the tail. I think he just has shorter legs because in the game, squirrels are shorter

It's nice that they're using the special studded tiles from the lego mario sets, it can't be a coincidence considering that both games are nintendo franchises! I may not be a lego collector but I like getting lego mario sets and I've been thinking on getting the lego sonic ones but now I want to get animal crossing sets too!

I love that Lego keeps partnering with Nintendo, hopefully we’ll get more themes like Legend of Zelda and Kirby in the future. Maybe even Pokémon, but with Mega Construx I doubt it 😕
