Jelena's point at the end really made this video for me. Thank you for the perspective.

Great video! You two are such a sweet combo! Jelena is so authentic to say I’m working hard, good to know when she makes it look so easy lol😂

Super tutorial! I have always wanted to know how this is done and explained in a deconstructed way. Thank you for sharing this!

So I watched this video maybe 2 months ago when it came out, and started trying to consciously put my weight up and forward into my arms/hands as I jumped forward. I now understand everything David & Yelena are talking about better than I was before, and watching it again showed me new things to work on. TL;DR - watch the video, try doing what you learned for a little while, and then watch it again once you feel like you're doing it right, you'll learn everything new again

Your tutorials are so so informative, full of really practical tips, that can truly transform or light up a pose. All and everyone that I have viewed have been transformational, so thank you. Linda

Love It! You both teach in such a genuine and fresh way. Jelena comments at the end are valuable. Inner work Is also important, and most of yoga teachers ignore It. Thanks from México ❤

I have a bit of a goofy tutorial request: can you make one about rolling over your toes when transitioning from chaturanga to upward dog and upward dog to down dog? I’m not able to do this and get so caught up trying to figure out what to do with my feet.
@ingevaz4 ай бұрын
That would indeed be very helpful!

It would be: chaturanga down, then pull chest forward to upward dog, thighs/quads active so they are lifted. Requires triceps strength. Also the forward movement causes the toes to roll from the tucked position. Good sign if the toes drag a few cms, all arm and core strength.

Thanks a Lot for this tutorial. I want you to know that i am practise with you three times at week. I do the guide class very gentle and compasive with me because i was in pain for a terrible tendinitis in my shoulder. I lost my flexibility and of course my strength. So thanks a Lot once again for your care and loving practise of Ashtanga

Excellent tutorial. I typically step for the first few sun salutations to work out the morning stiffness, then enjoy jumping forward and back. I learned to do this during the winter with your floating videos. Hopefully this will build up to jumping back and through during seated poses, some far away day in the future😊

Hi, I wrote two emails to ask more information about your courses. You offer two different courses for this technique. One which exists out of 3 courses and which is not expensive and another one about a 5 day training which is much more expensive. Which one should I take?

I'm 61 years old have been practicing ashtanga on and off for the last 14/15 years. I'm not very strong. Should I even be doing jump back and forwards?
