Thanks for the review. I bought my son an Ashthorpe acoustic guitar for practice at his Mom's since I didn't want to send my vintage Harmony I inherited or one of our Fenders/Squiers. It was decent and now I'm looking for a decent but inexpensive practice drum set for his band at my house.

Haha, thanks. I wasn't crazy about it. The lady didn't listen to me at all and it looked absolutely nothing like the photo I showed her haha.

Thanks for your review. There is a slightly higher model of this set for $399 that has 6 lugs on the mounted toms and (Surprise!) 10 lugs on the bass drum. I don't need another set, but I'm tempted to buy just to have a cheap set to take to other people's houses for practice.

THis was my first drumset and nothing has broken, except one of the kick pedal springs. Otherwise, this is awesome.

This drum set got an upgraded version of it thats a bit more expensive with 6 lug toms and a 10 lug bass drum and the hardware is chrome and more robust
