The 'spine cracking noise' is also in my Hobonichi Weeks Mega (smoke gray). I thought it was just me! But yeah, it could be the spine glue.

My 2024 HON makes a crinkle noise, too... but it had not affected durability or function. Thanks for sharing! 🙂☮️❤️

I say open them all and start using them NOW! It's hard enough waiting until January to start using the new planners, why suffer with the accessories too 😅 BTW the Not Scary Bear is one of my favourite all-time Hobonichi freebies too! That and his little spoon, which came a year or two later I think.

Those page flags are so cute! I would absolutely use them now, it would remind me of all the other goodies that I have waiting for me for January and maybe keep me more excited?😂😆😍 Haha, the McDonald’s pen is too wild! Maybe switch out the barrel with one of your other Hobonichi pens, can you mix and match the colors to a combo that you like?😁 I absolutely ADORE great customer service and I’m so happy that they came through for you ~that HON cover is gorgeous and it’s so sad that there is a large enough dent that you will have to see every day since it’s on the front.😢 Thank you for showing me that the 365 bubbles page in the back coincides with the numbers on the daily pages, I never knew that!💖💖💖
