Yes, cannot depend on home remedies for pcod, Hormonal imbalance as everyone needs doctor to take tablets, treatment for few months.. Nd I can suggest people to meet endocrinologist for the Hormonal imbalance.. This will fix the issue maximum as I am going through same pigmentation issue

Hi Ash.. First of all I want to tell you that I have been applying kottimeera pudina paste and I have seen amazing results. I can find the difference when I wash my face only.. It feels very even..I have one question regarding this video.. When I scrub with lemon, my skin is getting hurt though I scrub gently with a fresh lemon. It starts bleeding little. Instead can I mix lemon juice along with other ingredients and scrub my face or will it not be much beneficial.
