Brilliant depth and breadth of knowledge. He even received 206 (highest this year) marks in interview but how come that even with such great knowledge base he performed sub par in mains (as his score is 785 this time and it was his 1st interview in 5 attempts till now).

Hard work always doesn't pay as we think they do...but neither work nor time gets ever wasted, it pays its due in the sands of time as it passes by... Self doubt is what kills the actual reward, perseverance seems easy but it's harder than anything in this finite world!

Just see people hating the toppers in every comment section and demeaning them, telling them they know nothing and IIT is nothing. If he goes abroad, people say he wants money. If he stays in India and give a government exam, say UPSC, people say he wasted taxpayers money and IIT seat, he should have taken arts. If he wants to research for the country, he might end up like Dr Nambhi. If he do a startup and earn money, people will hate them because he must have done bad things to get money. Indians have crab mentality, always complaining and seeing what others are doing
