The energy and mood stabilizer this provides is unreal. Two in the morning and ready to fly with the Crows. Hair growth on scalp and thicker beard. From someone who suffers from bad anxiety/depression/adhd this is a must. It won't cure but it will help a lot.

Thanks for this amazing content again! What is your opinion on combining supplements? I take several herbs, minerals, vitamins, amino acids etc. I take everything at once after my meal for convenience. I wonder if this could hinder absorbtion. Meaning based on expirements and data they feel that the compounds within Ashwaghanda are interacting with this receptor to create the effects they observed. They can't be sure due to the method of experiment, but they have narrowed it down to the most likely chain of events and decided those receptors were probably the ones at play.
