Such heavy music and such great music. I can remember the early 1980's very well when Asia was most popular. This is great rock music. They came out with so many great songs, as did other artists of that time. I suspect that this kind of music is not going to be produced again, at least not in our lifetimes. Younger people who click on links like this and hear this music for the first time must ask themselves how music has become so perverted especially in the last 2 decades . . .

@Padarack1 You're right. You can't tell most of them that, because the vast majority of them only want to be and do what everyone else is doing. That's their biggest concern, and the destroyers of our culture know this. I like music that I LIKE, not what the media tells me to like. Unfortunately most kids get a heavy dose of psychological conditioning from the media as to what and what not to like.

All three albums suffer from lack of MIKE STONES magic, so this is not Asia of 80s but raw Asia of 4 original members...still good but not close to 80s!

@LuigieatsBabies - Agreed. The vast majority of mainstream 21st century music is manufactured, commercialized, shallow [not to mention pornographic] crap .
@catmouse74182 жыл бұрын
It's 12 years on now... what you say, it has become even worse... who would have thought this could be possible? 😏
@Padarack113 жыл бұрын
@SpectraView1 Yeah exactly ... They won't though ..... They'll go back to Gaga (Lady Rip-off), and Beyonce ... who everything on her album is sampled, from something else anyway. They (the 26 and under crowd) don't have a fucking clue what music is. But you can't just tell them that ... You can only play music like this for them .. that's all you can do
@SpectraView113 жыл бұрын
@LuigieatsBabies This kind of music is not going to ever be made again. It's a good idea to get it and listen to it now. As you listen to it, then play some crap, uh, I mean rap. The more you listen to great music, the less you like the current crop of "artists" like all the crap, uh, I mean Rap, artists, and garbage like Lady Gaga, and Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus, etc.
@SpectraView113 жыл бұрын
@LuigieatsBabies There's no reason to listen to junk. You're right.
