You think there's too much focus on Asian culture in the mass media? I presume you mean East Asian ... You might be in a different country than me, but I think you would be right to say that East Asia gets more attention in Western media than other parts of Asia. And, certainly, the whole world seems to forget that Central Asia even exists from time to time. But, at least where I live, I find that the media is still incredibly focused on the West. Even East Asia gets minimal attention.

I was in tashkent during sept 2017. I had been there for a Swimming competition. I must say , everyone there are so friendly and so cool. The food is Amazing on next level. Some old buildings screams history. Due to our tight schedule we couldn't hang out much. But i really wish i get an opportunity to visit and explore this beautiful country again in my lifetime. This rice dish you can find everywhere in the old world from India (pulao) to Mediterranean (pilaf) and the middle east to even Eastern Europe (plov) Truly fascinating!

I love Uzbekistan I was there many years ago i love their plov. Lagman. Kazan kebab only from samarkad. And my favourite is legendary samosa.
