This client are both young couples that travels frequently back and forth from Malaysia & Singapore. So they wanted a home that gives them a cozy and welcoming vibe that makes them comfortable to reside in.

Like your 天窗design (Sky window) at the wet kitchen. It let natural light come in, with privacy space. What r the safety measure to prevent ppl from breaking in through the 天窗。

Love it. Never thought of skylight for lighting. But will definitely give it a shot, (am living in a double storey terrace house too. The lighting in this type of house is really a concern. Its dark without lights

You know how the rich think differently from the poor? They don't say "That's too expensive, I can't afford it", they ask "How can I afford this and what should I do about it?". Being rich is not having the money, but having the mindset to get out there and do whatever it takes to afford your dream, no excuses. You can do it and if you have the will, you will get there.

Just can't believe those expensive mansion in US like Beverly Hills design so shit. one thing i love about this design is have kitchen on their own separated from main house just like you said have the smells within kitchen going outside.

I'm curious to know.. How much space for the kitchen is needed to do this transformation? What is the estimated budget and how long it takes to renovate this place?

Thank you for dropping us such helpful questions which we missed out! We basically took the entire rear part of the house to do this extension which was about 6ftx22ft. The budget spent including all finishes, carpentry fit outs, loose furnitures, draperies, lightings and sorts came up to approximately RM500,000. This cost may vary for different projects depending on the build up size and also initial condition of the property. If the design and renovation documents are all in order, a smooth sailing period of 6-7 months would be sufficient. Hope this answers your questions! Cheers!

Hi Jason, thank you for watching. The feature wall shares the same material as they table top which is called the Neolith Zaha Stone. Yes, it would work well as a TV feature wall too, depending on the rest of the design combination around the space of course. Cheers
