In 2021, they have shown their investment in PPE and repayment as major cash outflow( but still a positive CFOA) regardless of the fraud stuff, what you said is incorrect or misleading.

The main thing that helped adani's rise is the ongoing corruption and the lack of proper banking policies in India which lead to giving them huge loans without proper assesment of their assets and solely based on stock market price which was subject to manipulation. There were scenarios in which the Indian banks offered more loan than their entire company asset value.

I trade in the Indian stock market. Daily I see things happening and swings of the kind that make me wonder what the hell is going on. One day, it was options expiry day with 20 minutes left for the market to close and a far OTM option went from 0.37 to 114.00 in five minutes and then fell back to 0.05 in the next 3 minutes. I took screen shots because otherwise nobody would believe me. In most well regulated countries these kind of happenings would result in arrests and jail sentences.

Major expense stream is notable line "Purchases of Stock-in-Trade" - 55 148 in Crores. Stock-in-trade as a major expense in Mining and Energy Corporation, which row is not even disclosed in the statement. Their revenue from operations is about 69 420 (huh, easter egg for these, who even opens the statement?), but cost of materials consumed and employee benefits is about 3 680. This is nonsense and only the tip of the iceberg of suspicious numbers in the statement.
