I've been using these water level sensors for over two years. The only issue I've encountered is corrosion on the probes. They require frequent cleaning (around once a month) and likely aren't made of stainless steel. Due to this concern, I discontinued using them in my drinking water tank.

Clean installation. What is the black cone-shaped thing on top? Are the sensors and wires made of food-grade plastic (wont leach into drinking water)?

Does it works with tuya/smart life scenarios? I would like that when the water reaches for example 50% for more than 5 minutes it sends me a notification

I bought one of these, but I am unable to make it wortk with the Tuya app. When trying to configure the WiFi, it simply fails to complete the confiruration

Ultrasonic is much better than these wired sensors. Why? Because this one will tell u either 25% or 50% not between, but ultrasonic will tell u exact values 25%,26% and so on

Ultrasonic sensors seem to have issues in hot and humid weather due to condensation

Ultrasonic is much better but the problem with it is very unreliable means it should be fully water proofing plus heat is also making this sensor torn easily. Not advised to go with an ultrasonic sensor.

What is the difference between water adding mode and water pumping mode? I mean, the way it's called, flushing is obviously different from pumping, right? As for adding water, it's just pumping water, right? That's why I was a bit confused near the end of the video

Hello. I'm curious about the "active dry burn" or "dry heat protect" function on the app. What is the function of it when applied on water pump that replenish it's tank (high-off, low-on)?

I believe it had the option to connect to a heater as well so when the water level gets to a low it cuts the power of the water heater until level is replenished.
