When I return to Singapore, I will be like you. I can eat mee rebus in one store and jump to the next store for roti prata. When I return to Singapore, I will feel at home. The transportation is efficient and safe, and the most important thing is the food.

Im a fellow Bedok Reservoir resident too. Welcome back!! That hawker recently renovated last yr. The nasi padang stall increased their prices last yr (impending the 9% gst thing) but still affordable compared to other similar stalls. my go-to breakfast place. Zorah Enterprise is only known by the Malay community. We pretty much gatekeep it within ourselves lol

Nasi Padang. My favourite too. If I were there, I would have chosen the same dishes as you. Happy Hawkers are actually part of Koufu (口福)chain of coffee shop. But, the individual stalls are different from location to location.

Enjoyed watching your video again . Glad you like our local food. The A1 curry puff is definitely better than Old C K’s which is huge & has a very thick, hard( not crispy) crust. I’ve noticed that most foreign food vloggers don’t eat our Malay food .. like meesiam, mee rebus, soto ayam, etc & also Indian Muslim food like Indian rojak, mee goreng. Pls try these while you are still in Singapore

yup had it there but i think the bigger environment also makes a difference. the menu items at taipei main station area Y are somewhat basic and it is understandable. SE Asia fares still do better in SE Asia.
