first off, i am sorry that had happened to you and hope you are doing okay plus It boils my blood from others are being mistreated and giving hate towards a community. That is not okay at all. I'm sending you hugs and love even to everyone in the Asian community Second, i am angry with you guys and we will not stop until something is done. Third, i stand with you guys in spirit and hope everything resolves. Sending my support and love from California

First of all, so proud of you open up this type of communication, we work and live as a community together sharing in the same surrounding and concerns. No matter the colors or race. Together we get through this difficult time, pointing fingers is not bring the world to a better place. We all do our part the world will be a better place for all. Patience and faith is Amazing Grace❣

It's so lame of that person to have shouted at you across the street while you're working everyday to save lives. Also, it's not because the black are suffering "more" from discrimination that your concern and feelings are less worthy of being given consideration.

I have a friend who is Asian-American and we have been friends for years. Around 4 years ago,I guess,we were talking in the Google Hangout and she mentioned some teenage males yelled a slur at her as she was walking down the sidewalk. That bothered me a lot then and bothers me still. I'm sorry it happened to her and I'm sorry it happened to you. You do more to help people in a week, as a gastroenterologist, than that small minded ninny will ever do in their entire live time. Take care,it's scary out there.

We have Asian Americans in our NE Atlanta neighborhood, most of whom we don’t know very well other than to wave to them as we move about. I feel like we should somehow reach out to them in support but am not sure what form that should take. What do you suggest?

@Jim Grant. What would you do if they were white Jim?

@@stuartf2946 Yes, doesn't hurt to reach out and talk to them! Just to say hi and ask how they're doing. You don't have to broach this topic but that warmth goes a long way!

Yeh, just prepare to defend oneself! Sorry but everyone, just watch your surroundings! It is between life and death! Always choose life! These are the low life people who are doing all these and not the good people!
