SB19 are self-producing artists. They have the creative freedom for their craft from making their music to directing their MV's and concerts, etc. 2 members have already had their solo debut which was also produced by the members themselves. Pablo, the guy with the white highlights released a hiphop track, 'La Luna', while FELIP, (SB19 Ken) the guy with the red hair released an RnB single, 'Palayo.' SB19 is on top of the game, they are a complete package

They maybe look like inspired in KPOP since KPOP is popular right now but KPOP is just one of pop genre like PPOP and nobody owned it, coz it's universal. SB19 really have something new to offer unlike the others they write, co-produced, direct and choreograph their own. Btw. Thank you for reacting po💙 hope you can check out some of their songs and performances especially ballads like mapa and tilaluha.

And to think SB19 just debuted 3 years ago and the song they presented are good and diverse. Jpop was inspired with euro beat music back then and Kpop was inspired thru Jpop and american pop. When Rap was invented in america and became popular worldwide, no one called other rap artist from another country american inpired rapper. But when SB19 do it, they were called Korean inpired boy group. If you dig deeper into OPM you'd be shocked how long boy group's history in the Philippines is.

Our P-pop Kings! They do cover different genres of music. Here’s a list of their songs: Ballads: (If you want an in-depth of their vocals) * Tilaluha (debut song) * Hanggang sa Huli Up beat / Dance music: (covers different genres of music) * Go Up (this is the song that made them viral but more particularly the dance video) * Alab * Love Goes * What * Bazinga * Mana Feel Good/Tribute songs: * Mapa ( a tribute to parents and people who guided us growing up ) # there is a band version of this song in collaboration with Ben&Ben, a famous folk Pop-Rock band here in the Philippines. * Ikako ( a tribute to the front-liners in this pandemic) * SLMT ( a tribute to their fans, the A’tin ) * Wag mong ikunot ang iyong noo ( a song about being there for each other ) * Ligaya ( Christmas song ) Endorsement Singles/MV: * The One - Dunkin Donuts * Pasalubong ng Bayan - Dunkin Donuts * Merry Munchkins - Dunkin Donuts ( Xmas song ) * Live it Up - Acer Philippines * G pa rin ang Pasko - Gcash ( Xmas song ), an e-payment service company * Sundin ang Puso - Pepsi * Sarang Anghang Sarap - Lucky Me (Instant Noodles) Collaboration Singles: * Love Yours - Ohwon Lee feat. SB19 * Kapangyarihan - Ben&Ben feat. SB19 Movie Soundtrack: * No stopping You Members Solo Single: * Palayo - Felip (Ken) * La Luna - Pablo Their songs have deep lyrics and meaning, very worth to get a deeper understanding. I would suggest to do their official lyric videos or MVs in your reactions (all their lyric videos and MVs have legit english subtitles) and then react to a live performance of that song. Their live performances are better and great. I would also suggest for you to react to the dance practice videos of their songs especially Go Up since this is the dance video that made them go viral but simultaneously after reacting to the original dance video you may wanna check out the Go up 2x speed dance challenge. It will blow your mind.

Wow thank you so much for the appreciation for our honest reaction. It's great to see how much passion there is in the SB19 fanbase, (A'tin right?). We are keen to see and react to more from this group! From Hoju: Sorry about the confusion when Ada and I reacted with it being inspired by K-Pop, Law was quick to correct us. For myself personally, its an unfamiliar territory, and being the first P-Pop song I've heard, it was the closest thing I could relate to. I think Ada brought a really great point at 7:46 saying how SB19 is amazing for the fact that its solidifying Filipino representation and cultural empowerment. As a Filipino Australian, I'm excited to learn more 💜 I also want to mention, I made a mistake introducing Ada as a Filipino Australian - and would like to correct myself and say that she is fully Filipino! 🇵🇭 Anyways, thank you again. Let us know what else you think is essential viewing for learning about SB19!

SB19 wasn't just loved by their fans because of their Pop songs, they got the hearts of the kany because of their ballad songs. Ballads are they way to Filipino's heart the reason why lots of PPop can't make themselves known in the Philippines because ballads are kind of hard to sing yet SB19 showed the world that they can't just Sing and Dance, that they can just stand there and sing their hearts out with just their amazing voices put together. That makes them UNIQUE from other groups around the world. They are not just talented, they are SKILLFUL. 💙

I totally understand about the comparison towards KPOP with SB19, been there too. It’s just KPOP is mainstream nowadays that if we see group performers doing pop song, we associate it with KPOP instantly. But the farther I went into knowing SB19 I understood their sound and they taught me to be open minded when it comes to music. SB19 meaning Sound Break19 is standing up to it’s name in bringing fresh sound especially in the Philippines(Country that love of Ballads). They are the pioneer of today’s generation of Pinoy Pop/PPOP. Their journey introducing this style in the Philippines was harsh. They have been bashed multiple times. Good thing Filipinos are slowly accepting it and now New PPOP groups are flourishing. If you wanna dive deep into SB19 be ready to be surprised all the time. They offer fresh sound every after each track they produce. Yes! they are self producing artists and super hands on with their work which made them attract and establish solid fandom called A’tin (pronounced eighteen). I recommend you to check out these songs including their live performance in one RV. SB19 is known as Monster Performers live. 1. Mapa official music video/captions on (most popular song) then check out their live performance in ASEAN korean round festival. 2. What? official MV. then a Live performance at Asean Korean festival. Members are:(left to right) 1.Ken(red hairs)- Main Dancer, lead vocalist, sub rapper, sub choreographer, bass of the group. 2. Justin- Visual, Youngest, vocalist, and director of their MVs. 3. Stell- Main Vocals, Lead dancer, Main choreographer. 4. Pablo- Leader, Main Rapper, Lead vocals, Producer, song writer. 5. Josh- eldest member, Lead rapper, sub vocalist, speaker of the group. I think the Filipino Girl will be interested to check out “Pablo’s solo single called “La Luna MV”. It’s heavy rap. She will love it for sure.

Kpop is an industry, not a genre, a lot of countries already have existing pop culture even before kpop got famous, like jpop and american pop, even the PH, we already had ppop groups in the 90's, but since kpop is famous, people these days always associate trained boygroups to kpop and sadly some people think kpop started it all, like they're the original, when in fact kpop is inspired by Jpop, if you'd only take time to read it's origin.

You can look for his YT channel "Pablo", he has only 2 songs on there so far, but it's more than enough for anyone to recognize his versatility in both singing and rapping. Oh and btw, THE GUY WITH THE WHITE HIGHLIGHTS WROTE THEIR SONGS. He's a genius writer, if only you can take a look at their lyrics. He's also composed and has been involved in producing their latest batch of songs. Most of SB19's produced media were by the group members and their friends, even their youngest member is considered their resident creative director for their MVs (he writes their storyboards...he's got a Media Arts degree).

@@adastreams oh fellow tita! We're the exact same age! Hahaha and yes flip top still crazy. Idk if it's the atmosphere or the bars they spittin, but I really enjoy flip top battles. And yes, I'm looking for more honest reactions from you guys! Somehow it feels nice to know somebody enjoys the same things you do, and that's great! Can't wait till you get to their ballads and interviews (their interviews are quite interesting).

OMG!! Yes! One of the very few people who said that. They actually do have a bit of a similar vibe to BAP! I'm a Baby! 😭😭😭😭 They have another song called 'What?' which is in tagalog. That song really reminded me a lot of BAP's sound. And yeah, the guy with the white highlights (Pablo also the leader/main rapper/ vocals) wrote the entire song and co-produced it. He wrote majority of their songs. The guy you thought to be the youngest though, is actually the oldest in the group. 😅

hello fellow baby. i wanted to talk about how it reminded me of bap and block b but that would've meant taking my coreactors on an entirely different rabbit hole. so glad to find this type of sound SO CLOSE TO HOME. it honestly warms my heart.

Ada mentioned liking Pablo (guy with the white streaks in his hair). Wish Bus dropped a live performance of Pablo's song, La Luna, just a few days ago. It was filmed the same day as the Bazinga performance (along with several others, still to come). It probably goes without saying he's fired up! A Wish Bus performance of Palayo by Felip (Ken, guy with the red hair) is up as well. I highly recommend the whole series (Psst, the official MV's of La Luna and Palayo are also FIRE. Maybe you could do MV and live performance on each, like you did for Bazinga? Please?🥺 You won't regret it. In fact, you might even thank me later😉😁). Thanks for a terrific RV; you have a great dynamic. Hope to see more from the four of you on SB19!

I can understand why they think it's sounds Kpop, Ppop is not yet known to them for philippines are only known for OPM not groups who sings and dance. But if you take time to listen more of their songs, it's actually sound different. And yeah, they sing live and even sounds better. Anyways, thanks for reacting.

The p-pop are more inspired of american-pop even before k-pop became famous, we already have boybands in the like of Rivermaya by Bamboo, Eraserheads and Southborders. When d korean co. that trained them, let sb19 to sang their composed songs (pablo the main composer) that's when they became viral in the internet, Grow-Up is their composition and they practice the dance 1000 times as per korean standards of practising dancing while singing. SB19 is a league of their own, they compose a song, choreograph their dance and made visuals/made suggestions to the technicians which have incorporated most of their sugestionsin to the music videos. Did k-pop bands have that talents? ❤️🎶✌️🌎

Thanks for this reaction. SB19 Leader PABLO writes their song and most of the time produces them also and also the main rapper. The one in the middle is Stell, the main vocal and choreographer of the group, the red haired is Ken - the main dancer and lead vocal and he's the CEO of his clothing brand, Josh is the lead rapper and Justin is the sub vocal and the maknae and also the creative director of some of their MVs and concerts. They all can rap, sing, dance and they can kill different genres from pop, ballad, acoustic, rap, R&B, hip hop. The First Filipino and South East Asian nominated for Top Social Artist in Billboard and topped the Billboard Hot Trending Songs Charts for 7 consecutive weeks. Hoping for more reactions from you, guys. 💙💙

SB19 is a PPop Giant here In Philippines! they are considered as National treasure says people from the NCCA given they have brought Philippines name to billboard and other International nominations. As they are also the Ambassador of National Commission for Culture and the Arts. We take pride of SB19 for paving the way for new Ppop Idols that are now Also contributing for Ppop Rise movement. Such as #BINI #BGYO #ALAMAT #KAIA #LITZ #G22 #VXON and many more Ppop groups that are on the rise now In the Ppop Community scene. Ppop have come a long way from "jeje" to the kinds of Ppop Groups that were raising the banner right now. Pop Culture Is constantly rising everyday here In the Philippines. It makes me proud. Ppop Community Is growing continuously and contagiously. On April There will be a Ppop Convention and Concert that will be held at one of the known stage here in the Philippines In Araneta Coliseum. It will be the gathering of Ppop Fans and A gathering of all Famous Ppop Groups In the Philippines In a mind blowing performances. And It really excites me! As our Fellow Pinoy, i hope you would take the time In indulging yourself with our new artists and music. And see the new phase of Pinoy Music. And be proud. Waiting for more Pinoy Artist reaction content. More power hehe 💕
