My mother is a narcissist and they give fleas so being raised by one I had to work on the toxic behaviour when you know you know you can fix yourself and put up boundaries she hates that she has no control over me anymore. My goodness, spot-on. I've watched how narcissists move (blessed that it was from a safe enough distance), & everything you said is so true. I find myself being very reclusive because I just know I have a few more vulnerabilities than I'm comfortable with that the wrong person would see as a goldmine. I'm wishing everyone love, self-confidence, & self-awareness. Self-improvement takes time, but please take space if any of the characteristics Nina talked about sound familiar. Yes, loneliness sucks, but it can also be temporary & easy to remedy, the company of the wrong people however can QUICKLY, & even permanently negatively change your life. Being able to sit with yourself & enjoy your own company is a sign of healing, positivity, & growth🥚💛💋

He broke me down so bad that I would tell him, you have no right to destroy someone's spirit like you did to me! I finally had the courage to leave and it was the best decision I ever made!
