In root level what I noticed is, skill problem..due to lack of skilled workers, purchasing capacity is low, many consumers do not paint, just bcz they do not get painter, same goes to auto mobile industry..what these companies should do is, spend some money to skill the ppl, I do not see that is happening.. Like how it happens in IT industry, big companies spend money to train the ppl.. Spending little more money in skill development is critical in India.. Especially in these kind of companies + auto mobile, services like tourism
