How can they claim they can't determine the intent to kill but only charge him with a traffic violation? Does Japan not have a manslaughter charge? They could charge him with manslaughter now and upgrade it to murder if evidence arises later for when or if he's caught.
@andrewkotcher5704Ай бұрын
its about "face" by having these lesser charges or not counting homeless people, then there is no problem's with crime or homelessness.

It’s insane how that loophole even exists in the traffic law, but not only that but letting a man who very clearly can and has hurt others like that back out into the public. I hope that the family receives justice, the charge is changed to what it really is, and that the criminal caught. That man is very clearly too full of himself to have actually died, that man must be out there somewhere.

Many people in Japan didn't feel sorry for the victims. Which means the victim is a low ranking school student, so people shouldn't really care. I was absolutely shellshocked that people like this exist. 編集:デマだとほざく日本人達へ。実際にいくつかこのような記事があるから、言い訳を言えば言うほど立場が悪くなるだけ。黙って静観するか、自分で調べてから出直してこい。 迷惑かけんな

WTF
@AsianalysisАй бұрын
We've seen these articles throughout research. Absolutely unacceptable. There is this weird stereotype going around in Japan that the university in which the victim attended is such an easy university to get into, full of delinquent students. I believe this stemmed from the university being known for having one of the largest base of international students in Japan, many of them on a scholarship. So the university might have to accept some students domestically who may not have performed the best academically, but are still willing to pay full tuition. And knowing some faculty members in the university and sometimes hearing their concerns in which they have while teaching, I have to unfortunately admit that there are indeed some domestic students who may not be, let's just say, the most "respectful" during the lectures. But are the majority of the students who attend the university such? I probably have to shout the most resounding "no" to that question if this was a verbal conversation. The vast majority of students from this university are one of the most bright, positive and open-minded students that I've ever come across, including much of the Japanese students. So for some of the internet hermits in Japan (the majority of people in Japan have a large dislike towards them as well) who never stepped a foot into the campus and talked to one of the students to spread such negativity online when the victim literally lost his life and their family, their one and only son, is just beyond heart-boiling. So we understand how shocked you must have felt when you came across such an article, and we wanted to do our part here to let people understand that such negativity around the victim is just completely unfounded, written by a minority number of hermits within country who do not know how things are like outside of their rooms.

Maybe at daylight came he changed again location. if he is that narcissistic he'll choose to blend into a crowd and change faces like during an event or something. persons like that are insecure and choose to find a crowd for acceptance. he'll move south or north, south climate can elevate behavior and the north depresses the behavior.

This is so important… And not that my time in Japan… Any other Asian country or any other country in general matters whatsoever. Might degrees in qualification as a psychological analyst does not matter either. I believe that it does not take both or either of those things to come to the conclusion I’ve come to… And that is that if this is not changed to a murder charge. --->There will be one of two outcomes. {( bottom line we can be assured he is out there committing crimes there is no other explanation.) and it is simple enough to imagine him assimilating into the wilderness I suggested, as well as maybe the homeless or runaways that of congregated in a local city. As well as an underground group where he can gain protection. Although I can honestly see the most possibility in him hiding right beneath “our noses “so to speak…. I don’t think I need to get into the girls who are able to justify murder for a man they view as attractive. Sadly. As well as the possibility that he may be lying about his age or identity to whomever. But safely staying with a female/male /etc. and or Their family If he is cautious enough., It is likely under a different name age and look. Just from the claims, personality. And demeanor east he doesn’t fact have what I assume is not explosive anger- evident for the calm and collected thinking to deal with a conflict away he spoke to another person about a year prior as well as jogging far enough and setting up the pieces to fake his own death- But more of a narcissistic god complex that allows him to feel as if he is able to do such acts because he is who he is… choice that someone like him would make. And imagine what happens in the instance that Aforementioned, hypothetical shelter, He genuinely sees as owed to him. no matter where he is or in what situation… Anyone around him is in danger. And in the chance that he is anywhere close to fitting into the little profile I had hypothetically put him in, the first person who is going to be able to give a firm confirmation publicly his status as dead or alive, like I said depending on if I’m correct or anywhere near so… As well as his own intelligence and God complex at this time. If he remains on punished for every crime he’s committed from the hit-and-run on. It is very likely he will feel not only justified enough but confident enough,-> to like I said at the end of the statue of limitation‘s for his crime. Come for the ex cellmate of his if that is an option to him. But of course that is only assuming he cares as much and does not grow less and less full of himself and confident with himself in the coming years. There is a chance he could become more paranoid and ultimately resist the urge. But I would not assume as much. And I also would not assume as much is for him to keep entirely up to date on such a petition or anything from the victims parents. Only people from his own life speaking on him. But like I said I do not know him this is just my assumptions but I wonder if anyone else can agree or View this as the possible case. That he might be weather knowingly or unknowingly… Protected at a “lovers” house assuming he is above the law and having no remorse for what he did He does come across very carefree and not calculated. Just based on the video. But if we are to believe his ex cell mate and those who say he could be surviving in the mountains. Then we have to believe that he is calculated enough do you have ONE not only during the argument prior to the incident, find logical fault in anything the other person was doing enough to make them bow and apologize to him rather than going off the handle as someone would expect of a person who would commit a hidden run… To decidedly leaving things such as it his wallet ID and shoes and such in the car. After driving well over almost 4 times the speed limit in the area to seeing what he did and running specifically for water and then taking off his shirt? When his belongings from the store weren’t left behind. I believe that he possibly made the outfit change or an outfit change and was not walking around just randomly barefoot and shirtless. I believe he had an exact plan and he had chosen to abandon his identity then in there. And I believe that he’s not the most calculated person. He is calculated enough to manipulate a situation to the best of his ability to get the outcome he wants. And you don’t need to be the smartest person in the world to do at least that in any given situation… So I believe that assimilating into the nearest city changing the look of his hair either getting tattoos or piercings or growing facial hair or anything of that sort. Along with speaking online to any potential partner and Getting into a relationship. Is exactly where he is right now. And how he has avoided arrest. And I guess all we can do is spread the word and hope that anyone who may be harboring him knowingly or unknowingly finds out and chooses to do the right thing before something bad happens to them. As well as doing what we can to make sure that there is no statue of limitation‘s on his crime. Even if only for the slightest bit of protection for someone who didn’t need to speak out but chose to speak out, the soulmate. Because I can’t imagine any person who would pamper themselves in the mirror after ruining lives in can you maybe impulsively decide to act out on having his ego bruise or brief rage. Cause a hit-and-run… Abandon his identity and go from there, he’s not the type that would ever willingly take his life and leave so many clues to it. I believe that if he did take his life at all he would’ve made it impossible for anyone to find out that fact. Someone was even one18th of that much self grandiose behavior would cause as much trouble as they possibly could. If ever they “found themselves forced into a situation where they had to end their own precious life. They would blame everybody else for it rather than their own actions and they would create a sort of mystery or puzzle behind it. Just to waste the time of those he blames. So no I do not believe he has taken his life. I believe he’s actually living quite comfortably but that is my own personal belief… And I believe That there’s over 64% chance that he is the exact type to seek revenge on the cell me as well as anyone close to him who has spoken out. And that if he were to harm again it would be either the people providing him shelter or the exact person who spoke about him publicly. Because they had bruised his ego and betrayed his trust. As well as the friend who took that video. Of him speaking. They could be in or most likely in danger as well. As long as he is not caught there is a minimum A BARE MINIMUM OF 2 to 5 people in danger of losing their lives. To this man. So for them. For the victim. For the victims family for the victims poor best friend… I hope he is caught and especially for anyone in danger of encountering him between now and then. Because we all know, I’m sure, that once someone like that gets away with such a large crime as taking the life of another person. it is more likely than not regardless of how law-abiding he is pretending to be in front of whomever he’s around, he will no doubt at some point commit some type of scam fraud shoplifting or ceiling of any kind. As long as he gets away with it he will get more comfortable doing it and it will escalate from there. Leaving a trail Who knows how many victims. As well as his willingness to hold someone captive. If he is in the situation I proposed, what will he do if that’s threatened? What will he do if there is only one or two other residents with him? Clearly he will take it into his own hands to protect his safety in their lives will not be worth it. He is too impulsive to self absorbed into sensitive about his ego to not be alive and to not be a danger. He is a classic example of a textbook God complex. And a person like that would claim he acted just out of pure rage. When it is clear and obvious he didn’t none of those actions are based on pure rage. He was walking towards the store before the argument checked out of the store and then committed the crime? And then of course everything done afterwards. And he may have in fact even been planning on it entirely different crime before this one does preemptive arrangements had been set up for his departure in the way he ended up making it. So it may be a crime he didn’t commit in addition to this that we just don’t know about. Or that he ended up forfeiting after committing the hit-and-run… Either way despite anything he might claim this was not a crime committed out of emotions. and he is not someone who should ever be allowed on the streets again my exact example. To greedy authority figures… Should be the fact that if he did truly and his own life he would do so in a way that would cause the police force in all the taxpayers money a great amount of pain wasted effort in confusion
@CallMeeKarmaАй бұрын
So thank you for this! I will send a request help from all I believe could contribute signatures… As well as myself. I believe the CCTV enough should be reason alone it is considered as a murder regardless of my assumptions on his death or not. We can only hope that more attention is drawn to prevent more victims. If more have not already been made. As well as those it is obvious he would target that we already know of. And I know nothing of course for certain and I never could without speaking to someone directly. But it is so inside the mobile to believe someone could commit something so calculated that it could be conceived in any other way than the truth… Without careful planning. Whether he was able to do that on the fly I am apprehensive about. It just felt like… I had to watch the video a whole Second time to even come to this conclusion. But I truly do believe that either there was a large sum of money he legally obtained somehow or from somewhere before running into the two men. Or he was planning on committing a different crime elsewhere for some other reason. Or that he did and we just don’t know about it. Because the way that everything played out. Seems like something A specific type of killer could come up with right on the spot. But this was so premeditated for a random argument in the park… That it just seems so beyond weird and I wonder what the entire day of his looked like prior to that hit-and-run… Absolutely horrifying story I hope that he is caught soon in that Police STOP CARING MORE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION! Maybe about actually protecting civilians. I wonder how somebody can go through schooling in Academy for some thing and not actually have a genuine passion or goal to do so. Is it just the power they wanted. What was the point of training and buckling down for a job? If your only priority is truly yourself or your boss. And who would ever want to live a life where their priorities protecting their superiors or their department? You’re no more than a cog and a self-absorbed machine of ABSOLUTE incompetence at that point I Could never even imagine… what type of life and that isn’t why anyone would choose it. Let alone why are majority of people do. Too many people who never should have been made into any sort of authority, somehow get into police work And that is such a worldwide issue. How did they make it through schooling how do they get hired in the first place. How are such people and then of Cours eventually such environments even begin. And even better yet, how do we cleanse or better those things after how we’ve let them dilapidate

Hi, thanks for commenting. We believe the reason why Hatta's jail mate T said that he thought that Hatta seemed like a "narcissist" had a large part as to how Hatta was doing them, given the environment where they are at- a jail cell. Hatta, rather than being remorseful while detained in jail for his crime of confining a woman in his house, showed no sense of regret according to T, AND were simultaneously conducting the activities such as the constant push-ups, smearing the oronine on his face, clipping his nails, staring at the mirror for the full length when they were given a short time to brush their teeth, wash their face, etc. We're guessing that T thought that Hatta's tendency to not feel any guilt at his crime while being able to be completely absorbed in self-care in the environment of a jail cell, is what led T to think that Hatta was a bit off, and went onto use the word "narcissist" to describe how he felt about Hatta.

If that theory about the oita prefecture police is true. That is really f up and a disgrace in Japan. I think ccp china will definitely do this but for a Japanese government? I hope not. I remembered that junko case. It was mishandled or maybe handled by corrupt officials here in Japan. I hope this case won’t turn out like this.

Unalive is not a word. I love your channel, but this is not tiktok and your content is serious content, you don't have to use 'unalive'.
@chromaticfrog7407Ай бұрын
KZbin’s algo will unalive this video’s views if they do that lmao. Have you been living under a rock?
@yorkiesweetpea23Ай бұрын
(in case really have been living under a rock:) KZbin's algo flags words such as killed, murdered, raped and even the word blood. The video can get removed or de-monitized$. So crime story channels come up with creative words to replace those flagged words. ie Words like killed/murdered, has become unalived. "blood" has become "red fluids".

it's not that serious when it comes to using 'unalive' instead of 'murder'

He may have killed himself, this is Japan and there is cctv everywhere so it'll be near impossible to up and vanish but it's possible he did it deliberately and ntm he may be alive bc there's a sub group in Japan know as evaporated people filled with all sorts of people and even crinimals all he got to do is stay on the low till the statue ends and he's free, it's not hard to up and vanish in Japan. But if he did plant his clothes there and vanish where he be without getting caught I doubt you could swim from that ward over to whatever ward is over the sea, if so he has to be having help from some family to get by. Or he could get a sugar mama or daddy given his looks and mention of how seriously he takes his looks - - but even if he was caught given how retarded the system is over there he want be there for that long.

Japan is incredibly safe when you compare it to most other nations on the planet. No where is 100% safe though, humans will do as humans will do.
