Principal Session Court Judge ;hereinafter Trial Court Judge) should file a Special Leave Petition to Appeal against HSC’s Bail Granting Order before Full Bench of HSC (where the bench which has issued the order of Trail Status & Report submission and Trial Extension Order Issued HSC Bench itself) at earliest and seeking hold on or with held at present granted bail until the Judgement of Case Trial will be pronounced.
