As Jimmy had pointed out there were amble opportunities for settling the dispute peacefully but was not used wisely before the game came to an end with the whistle blown by Supreme Court. Peace could have been achieved very earlier if: Patriarch was content with (only) spiritual supremacy over Malankara and had adopted 1934 constitution or Mediation was opted as the finer solution when Supreme Court inquired so. Now, a working solution is, MOC must disown its claim over Churches with less than 10% Orthodox members. In every Church there is at least 30% who are neutral in their outlook and consider only Jesus Christ as their Head. And also the agreements once made should never be broken. If the history of past 25 mutual agreements is inspected, how many were allowed for full execution? It will be informative if someone publishes a research and study on this data.

Gregorios Tiruneni, with respect I am asking Tiruneni, how Tiruneni can tell that Patriarch side is having 600 churches? Tiruneni, in 1972 when the split happened in Malankara ORTHODOX Syrian Sabha, the churches belong to the Malankara ORTHODOX Syrian Sabha was not divided among two. Zone some churches both are mixed and in some churches one group only present. In certain churches both Groups are present. Some churches are closed due to fight between two. In some churches one group silently Co. Operated with others.. In some churches time is allocated between two. SO T HE CHURCHES WERE NOT PARTITIONED AMONG TWO SIDES. SO ALL CHURCHES ARE BELONG TO MALANKARA ORTHODOX SYRIAN SABHA. LITIGATION WERE STARTED IN VARIOUS CHURCHES Different judgment for different churches came. Appeals went to High Court. Lost party went to Supreme court. When the Supreme court examined the appeal it is found that all appeals are same on leagal point of view. So all appeals are heared as one appeal. If any peculiar case is there that will be heared separately. But no such cases were found, though objection were raised. All are similar. Finally, Supreme court Judgment came on 3 rd July 2017. As per the judgment the two factions of the Malankara ORTHODOX Syrian Sabha is can not have two parallel Administration. There should not be two factions. The factions can not be allowed in a church. The metrans, Vicar are appointed by Catholicose and Malankara METROPOLITAN of Malankara ORTHODOX Syrian Sabha. The Catholicose and Malankara METROPOLITAN is H. H. BASALIOS MARTHOMA PAULOSE SECOND Catholicose.. BUT Gregorios Tiruneni is not agreeing this. Gregorios Tiruneni wanted partition. How is it possible?

The Malankara Church is a division of the Syrian Orthodox Church. The supreme leader of the Syrian orthodox church is the patriarch and the Catholicose of all the East is H.H Paulose II. The patriarch needs to be recognized as the head of the church. The Malankara Orthodox Church needs to agree and give patriarch the respect he deserves. There is no place for his beatitude Thomas and there is no such thing as the Jacobite faction. We are all members of the one Malankara sabha and our supreme head is the patriarch of Antioch. Seeing all this fighting makes me very sad. No need for it. The people in Kerala love to fight and cause trouble because that is MalayaIee nature.
