ഡോ. കഫീല്‍ ഖാന്‍ എന്ന സാധാരണ പീഡിയാട്രീഷ്യനെ ഒരേസമയം ഒരു നായകനും വില്ലനും ആക്കി ദീശീയ മാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ പടര്‍ത്തി നിര്‍ത്തിയത് ഗോരഖ്പൂരിലെ ബിആര്‍ഡി മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജില്‍ ഉണ്ടായ ശിശുമരണങ്ങളാണ്. എന്‍സഫലൈറ്റിസ് ബാധിച്ച് ഗുരുതരാവസ്ഥയില്‍ കിടന്നിരുന്ന ആ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങള്‍ മരിച്ചത് നേരത്തിന് ഓക്‌സിജന്‍ കിട്ടാതിരുന്നത് കൊണ്ടുകൂടിയായിരുന്നു. അന്ന് ഓക്‌സിജന്‍ സിലിണ്ടറുകള്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടും, പ്രതിസ്ഥാനത്ത് കൊണ്ട് നിര്‍ത്തപ്പെട്ടത് ഡോ. ഖാന്‍ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. അന്നും, പിന്നീട് അലിഗഡ് മുസ്ലിം സര്‍വകലാശാലയിലെ പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ പേരിലും ഒക്കെയായി രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തോളം നീണ്ട ജയില്‍ വാസം. സത്യത്തില്‍ ആരാണിയാള്‍? വില്ലനോ അതോ നായകനോ? കാണാം 'വല്ലാത്തൊരു കഥ'..
This is the story of Dr. Kafeel Khan who got caught between the tactics of vandetta from the seasoned politicians like CM Yogi Adityanath and other breaucrats. He is frequently targetted by the state after his attemtpts in good faith to source Oxygen Cylinders to the Encephalitis ward of BRD Medical college where dozens of children died due to scarcity of Oxygen. Later charged National Security Act for his speech against CAA in Aligharh Muslim University, Kafeel Khan was recently released by the Allahabad High Court finding him innocent.
