See Modiji with the help able former bureaucrats like Ashwini Vaishnav, Hardeep Singh Puri and Jai Shankar changed the face of Govt not only in the country also internationally. When we have technology why don't we have presidential form of Govt. PM with able help of subject can run the Govt efficient. See what is happening 500 buffoons in the parliament shouting at each other and no meaningful discussions are taking place. Using the technology whole country can vote for one PM in one day saving laks of crore election expenditure and PM thus elected can appoint a suitable cabinet and run the Govt.
