Long back I heard this comment on JDS(): It is a party that does not do anything, Does not let others do anything, If somebody is doing, they will mess it up or stop it. If its already done, they will destroy it. Best Example Hubli people wanted South Western Railway HQ to be in Hubli, but Devegowda got it shifted to Bangalore. Its seems BJP finally shifted it back to Hubli. They did similarly to SM Krishna's efforts to come back to power. They are known as vote dividers/splitters and king makers.
