Nah if you have Kazuha Venti is pretty much useless in todays genshin tbh. He used to be useful but doesnt work in most cases anymore. Kazuha is better in every possible way. And If you pull Venti for abyss so you can use Kazuha on the other side Venti cant group most enemies in higher floors of abyss either and doesnt add much value the way Kazuha does. But yeah if you enjoy him then sure its important to have fun in a game thats the main reason people play games.

Honestly i dont mind that his c1 is a significant upgrade, cus it isnt as if he's BAD at c0. I played him for a while at c0 and even tested him in the abyss before deciding to go for c1 and still felt he was very solid. The only time i hate when c1 is a significant upgrade is for characters like Hu Tao who feel clunky and unsatisfying to play without it. Once she has unlimited charged attacks with no stamina drain she feels great, but before that the jump cancel was clunky and felt awful and was hard to do perfectly every time, and having limited charged attacks limited her damage output. She didnt feel good to play at all at c0. But Wriothesley and his c1 arent like that at all, so I think hoyoverse isnt really that stinky for making his c1 that good cus he's still perfectly fine and playable without it.
