Brilliant craftmanship all round, not many computers around all skills and co operation with all the workers, Well Done

Two things always jump out at me with these vids. They are interesting to watch but it seems even some rudimentary works surfaces or benches or tables would make their operation so much more efficient and comfortable than doing everything on the ground from a squat. Not to mention developing processes that don't involve picking something up off the ground, doing something to it, and dropping it back on the ground again.

@50:15, the Man buffing off those brass valves is sitting there covered in brass dust....I couldn't Imagine what the inside of his lungs must look like.

I can imagine what their lungs look like. Not to mention the zinc in molten brass is really bad for you.

And the reason the handle guy puts his foot on the rotating wood is to prevent chatter. You're welcome.

These guys are excellent at what they do but what is the life expectancy for these workers ? No mask, no gloves and slippers on the job.

Right. Eye shields, dust masks and other proper gear are non existent. Still, you have to give great credit for their talent for practicality and superb abilities!
