My Heart goes out to these hard working diligent workers. Sad that they dont have some very Basic safety gear like Masks, safety shoes etc. Inhaling that rubber dust, toxic fumes all day will affect their long term health. Owners please show some consideration to the worker's safety and well being. God bless them. They are the true heroes of recycling.

Работаю в заводе, так у нас рабочим ботинки выдают, спецодежду, очки защитные свякие разные, куртки зимние и летние, крем для рук обязательно, охрана труда инструктаж проводит, а здесь у рабочих элементарных перчаток нет, железки голыми руками обрабатывают. Я смотрю и просто неудомеваю ( вернее было бы матное слово сказать)

@@UNBIASEDCOMMENT the tech is not even close to 1980s. its probably closer to 1940s or 50s. these people use obsolete machinery that has been junked by other countries. someone pays these countries to dispose of this trash and the materials are then sold to be recycled. possibly because they have no more room to dump it. sad thing is the person who capitalizes the most is some rich american who gets paid to get rid of the trash, then makes a ton of money having the product shipped back and uses it to make "new" stuff. the ways of the world my friend. makes me proud to be an american.

i deleted my comment, i see you beat me to the other. you all really aught to look around online and see what real factories look like. what is incredible is how hard these people work for who knows how little reward. nothing personal meant at all. i see these are hard workers and very busy. they deserve a lot of credit. its a shame they have to work in these conditions with dilapidated antiquated machines. just imagine, if the owner, boss whatever, invested some into the workers and process. he would have the proudest workers in the country. possibly get the best people wanting to work there improve production unimaginably and set an example for the rest i worked all my working years in shops these guys would give their lives to work in. and i thought they were dives and sucked. again, i mean nothing personal. i apologize for my mean comment i made before.

Our government agencies would never let the USA produce wheel/ture assembly this way. Incredible, no safety sandles? Putting the rubber sheets in the blue grinding machine could be quit dangerous. Мартышкин труд. Я конечно понимаю что это всё своими руками, что переработка отходов. НО, технологию производства нужно усовершенствовать, так как изделия в данном случае, очень низкого качества. Очень много физической работы которая не оплачивается, а качество товара плохое. Возьмите пример с Китая, они заполонили мир дешёвыми товарами, но у них сейчас есть всё, и они очень быстро развиваются, так как берут пример м других, и не боятся воровать технологии.
