How about a trip to Italy, France, Greece, Morocco, learning how to cook from the locals. It's a trendy thing to incorporate local cooking lessons to learn about it's culture :) I have not seen Asian media filming in these 4 countries. Jamie Oliver makes cooking (not from a kitchen) from other cultures so interesting.
