The last few years since getting into running again, partly because of the 'Lockdown' I have watched plenty of KZbin running channels. I have decided Believe in the Run is the one I enjoy the most. Not sure exactly why to be honest but I really do enjoy all your contributors to the channel. Excellent show as always. First off Robbe, I have never, ever even thought about drinking from my shirt. Secondly, as this is a huge weekend, has anyone thought about the limits of human speed for a marathon. Will we ever get to a place where a record is never broken, even by a split second. Is there a limit to what the human body can do? Just putting it out there to see what others think.

I agree with Neil deGrasse Tyson. I've not had a case on my phone for years. The more you handle it and spin it around in your hand the more comfortable you become with it. It's why cowboys would spin their guns around, the better you can handle your gun the less likely you'll drop it and be shot by an enemy.

Omg, the dimensions talk was painful for this former physicist! One dimension is a line (one degree of freedom). Two dimensions is a plane (two degrees of freedom), three dimensions means not flat, but having three degrees of freedom. Our realty has three spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension, so things like us can move around in time through three dimensions, such as running a marathon. Love you guys but don't go into physics

The Cumulus sounds good to me because it's supposedly more stable than the Novablast which for me feels really weird when walking. Running isn't as bad.

1D is a straight line, 2D is a flat plane (picture, dimensions are up/down and left/right or in math, X,Y). 3D adds depth. I hear people put errors in memes intentionally to incite more reaction...

I stepped on a roofing nail about 17 miles into a marathon in Utah. Didn't go thru my foot because it hit the bone. The worst part was after the race when the medic injected hydrogen peroxide into the puncture.

ASICS seems to be sewing the sole into the shoe so that you can’t replace them with inserts. Not a fan
