Great question!!! So the ASICS hyper speed are slightly lighter weighing in at 6.1 oz vs Brooks Hyperion tempo at 6.5 oz. The ASICS hyper speed have a heel drop of 5 mm & brooks Hyperion tempo have a heel drop of 8 mm. The ASICS hyper speed also have a slightly higher midsole that is to provide a more comfortable cushion & compliments the curved sole “rolling” property that gives you that feeling of rolling forward vs brooks Hyperion tempo does not have that. ASICS hyper speed are $90 vs Brooks Hyperion $150 price range. Hope this helps!

Can a cheaper brand like puma or reebok give similar performance? In my country Asics are very expensive compared to our average income.

I would say the Puma Liberate Nitro is similar as far as performance, material, & tread. The Puma are a little lighter at 5.2 oz (ASICS hyper speed are 6.1 oz) & the heel drop is 8 mm (ASICS hyper speed is 5 mm). Price point is very similar too!
