Asif Adnan is a very thoughtful and intellectually stimulating Islamic revivalist/activist of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has no other alternatives than establishing Sharia government to protect Islamic interest and establish a just and fair society.

You can’t run a country by Sharia government and it won’t work in Bangladesh because Bangladesh doesn’t have oil or resources. In Sharia, women are not allowed to do many activities like Afghanistan is doing to women but it won’t work in Bangladesh because it’s a small country with 17 million people. So both me and women has to work there. Only few Muslim countries has Sharia Law but it will never work in Bangladesh because Bangladesh has 10% Non-Muslim population and most people in Bangladesh want development. It’s not easy to develop the country by having Sharia Law.
