Taliban focuses on Pashto because their leadership is mostly Pashtun and because Pashto was sidelined in past administrations so they want all Afghans to learn both. But Taliban leaders use Farsi a lot, Mujahid himself uses Farsi often.

Waziristan is the land of the pukhtoons. They are the fiercest warriors, even when Afghans made peace with British the wazir mehsud in waziristan gave the most fright. Also near to where Sikh military leader hari singh nalwa went upto in Jamrud. If you type waziristan on KZbin you would see ex president Obama called it the most dangerous place in the world. What’s amazing is the Dhol is still used In a similar fashion from Punjabs border with India to kpk border with Afghanistan area. It’s Fascinating to see the Attan and Sikh warrior type focuses with the dhols when they engage. Nowadays used at weddings but it felt like these dhols were used for the engagement of psyche.
