When working on a short film in the Bay Area we decided to play around with my newly acquired canon eos 7d and capture some behind the scenes footage. The film is directed by the talented Katherine Colridge and edited on a macbook pro 2.53 Ghz Duo processor with 4gb of ram using iMovie. the music is by notwist called "consequence"

I don't think you understand what I meant. It doesn't matter what camera you're using, the DP ultimately has complete control over the final film. You can't say that a camera makes the footage.

@thatniggbeme7 dude...the camera makes the footage, not the editor, except for some color correcting of course.

what settings did u use in imovie to get ur footage this nice

Look at the original comment. The guy is asking what he did in imovie to get the image that nice, implying that color correcting or something in imovie made the image look like it is, which i replied saying that image was mostly recorded in camera. by in camera i mean that's what the camera recorded. obviously the dp makes that happen but it has very little to do with imovie. this image clearly not graded at all and has little color correction,

Nice Film... I like the cinematography... it reminds me of the way mine was shot... Check me out sometime.. Thanks... We shot with the 7D Cannon as well..

No. The images seen in this were as is 95% in camera. Settings in imovie can't make it good footage.
