Yes if it is after 20 years with 3 months notice given by employee or 3 months notice given by the govt after after 50 years and joining before 35years or 55 years after joining 35 years

Sir, if a govt. Servant retire 2 days before retirement being 2 days as gazzeted holidays. Can he be paid CTG and transportation of goods on these two holidays. Before retirement. As 30th Nov 2020 was gazzeted holiday and official went to his hometown on 29th Nov. Can we pay him. TA and ctg for that time.

Yes it is gazetted holiday but on the same afternoon he will be retired and eligible for CTG and Transfer Traveling Allowance benefits

leave encashment and leave preparatory are different. leave encashment me retiremrnt k samay jitni leaves bachti h uske hisab se pesa milta h jabki leave preparatory sirf leaves ko avail krna h.
