Sir as per Para 3(iii) of MoF, DoE OM dated 13.07.2017 - Transportation of personal effects - For Level 12 and Above - 6,000 Kg by goods train/4 wheeler wagon/1 double container is mentioned. Rate is Rs. 50/- per km Now question is if person transport household goods of 3,000 Kg through truck for distance of 1,000 Km and submitted bill of Rs. 35,000/- then the admissible amount be - (i) Rs. 50,000/- (i.e. Rs. 50 x 1,000 Km Rate per KM x KM covered) (ii) Rs. 25,000/- (i.e. Rs. 50 x 1000 Km x 3,000/6,000 Rate x KM covered x actual weight transferred divided by Total admissible weight) (iii) Rs. 35,000/- (i.e. Actual bill amount) Please reply.

Sir it is mainly depend upon RTO guideline.Actually rule is Rs 12/KM for two wheeler and Rs 24/KM for car.It is given if public transport facility is not available to the location.

Sir it is my Frist transfer I have no more knowledge about how to claim CTG. Mera transfer 700 km dur pe ho raha hai. Suppose Aabhi Mera kharsa 25000 ho geaa then Mera CTG 80% of besic +25000 milega ya fir 80% is the maximum limit to claim.? 80% of besic ji milega unke liye kya mujhe bills,tickets,payment receipts etc Dena parega ya fir 80% without bills directly milega and jitna bills vouchers submit karega utna hi milega??? please replay sir 🙏

Yes but reimbursement restricted to the entitlement.Suppose you are entitle for 2nd AC in train then if you move in car then reimbursement can not be more than the 2nd AC Fare
