Michael Jackson lol first of all my dear, i’m rooting for you both. i hope everything works out in your favour! ways that you could get a sense that she is into girls is maybe by asking her (like georgia mentioned once lmao) about hayley kiyoko OR something i’ve tried is by mentioning tv shows (eg. oitnb, the bold type, wynonna earp, marvels runaways etc)that have gay women or gay ships (eg. vauseman, kadena, wayhaught, deanoru, CAMREN etc) and seeing if she knows anything about them/ has heard of any of them, you could compliment a openly gay/bi/pan/etc celebrity and see how she reacts, so you can get a sense of how she feels about the lgbt community you can always *ask* if your curious on where she stands in her sexuality, instead of assuming- and if you feel like it’s a heavy topic, mention it casually in passing and keep it light definitely don’t throw it all on her at once if you’re unsure and if ever you do tell her maybe reassure her that her friendship means more to you and so if she is uncomfortable you’ll be okay (because you will 100%, but ofc if you don’t want to be friends if all goes south that’s your choice) i’m rambling and this is too long sorry hope you understood my mess, all the luck to you love!

I feel like it‘s „easier“ to come out as gay/lesbian than as bisexual because so many people don‘t understand bisexuality....
@Jess380446 жыл бұрын
A lot of gay/lesbian people come out as bi (or at least used to) because they felt like it was easier to say they were bi first, and then say they were gay after. Sometimes it's a genuine journey that leads to a discovery that they were actually gay (like Georgia's sister), but a lot of the time it's just cowardice and they already knew. We need to be strong and say we are bi if we are bi, otherwise our sexuality will continue to be erased and abused by all the other monosexuals. Good luck, be strong :)
@aleks893086 жыл бұрын
Summer Snow I totally agree, just because someone finds out that they like just ladies and not boys anymore doens‘t mean that this applies to every bisexual out there. It also doesn‘t mean that they were faking something. It‘s just the way it is, there are more important things to talk about then people changing/acknowleding their sexual orientation

I'm a bisexual lady and have been for all my life. I spent 7 years with a women and it was going nowhere and was super unhealthy. I met my husband through work and he helped me leave my ex and in that process I fell in love with him. My friends and even my family had a hard time accepting that pill that I could go from a long relationship with a women to a man. We been together now for four years and I have never been happier but I still do see and think wow she's beautiful. There is nothing wrong with it at first my husband didn't understand but as time progressed he knows I love and desire him but I still look at women and in some ways desire them as well. So for you bi sexual girls or even guys on here chase what you heart desires the right person will come along who understands you and your needs. For me it was my wonderful husband who clicks with me like a puzzle piece for you it might be a women but regardless you'll never know if you don't open your heart to them.

I never realised how interested I was in hearing bisexual people’s experience, until I realised that I’m gay and not bi. It’s really interesting to hear about people who are genuinely attracted to both sexes, especially because what I thought was attraction was definitely not, when I thought I was bi. You’re totally right when you said ‘I love everything about them’ (even though the context was you asking how a straight guy can be attracted to women). That’s a huge part of how I realised I’m not bi (and honestly, part of why I was scared of admitting that was because I didn’t want to perpetuate the ‘bi is a phase’ rhetoric).
