During this week's episode, we'll be talking about the flow state and how you can find it in order to help you better access your Higher Self.
While in the flow state, people often experience a slowing down of time (or a lessening of its importance), an amplification of their intuition, as well as a deepening connection to the Higher Self, the part of us not limited by our conditioned fears and beliefs.
Though it's usually not possible to perpetually stay in the flow state, during the periods of time that we do find ourselves in it, we have the potential to do some very powerful and life-changing inner and outer work.
