Thank you for sharing your journey! I am trying again after a few attempts since 2020. My husband actually picked smoking BACK up after 10 years of being quit and now we are both trying to quit together. He has told me he started again because I was always leaving to go outside to smoke and he wanted to be with me. I'm sure he didn't say it to make me feel guilty but WOW does it ever. We need to quit and I need to commit for my family's sake so what Nemanja says here really resignated with me. Thank you again!

The price of cigs surely surpasses the price of a program.

What is the YES exercise? I don't really afford the peogram but I try to take în as much as possible from the free video. I have my lista and my plan and the cigarette log helped me cut down from more than 20 a day to 10 or less. My quit date is tomorrow but I don't feel ready yet. Still, I will keep doing this. This time I will not quit my quitting process. I have decided to go all in, no matter how long it takes. I am 37 and I have been smoking for 23 years now

I am surprised how much I am craving cigarettes even 5 months after quitting cold turkey. It is just torture to the brain. Constantly every single minute of every day.
