12:10 I can answer that question. Underlust is not a story that only is about... well, sex. The monsters had problems with their population, there was a really low number of monsters being born, and a lot of them were dying. As I understand, Dr.W.D. Gaster created the lust and injected it on the monsters, so they would be more... lustful. That is why monsters act like that. It fixed the problem, but the lust never disappeared, so now they just like to have their "fun". There is a Underlust AU. It only applies to Lust Sans. He had a dream, remembering being injected with lust. So he woke up, disgusted, and changed his clothing. There is more about him, but that is a part of Unlust Sans Origin.
