Many years back I was in Holland for a month on a Rotary group study exchange program. I was in Bloemendaal for a few days and told my host that I was a big fan of Bovelander. The next day he fixed up a meeting with him during his practice session. He was so humble and took me for a ride in his Audi car and introduced me to a couple of more dutch hockey players. If you are still in Haarlem, please visit the Museum. You should also visit the island of Texel and cycle around it.
