There's twenty years between myself and hubby...not deliberately looking for such an age gap but we gel as a couple...age is just a number..thats what we tell everyone 😂..we've been together twenty seven years ❤ it works 😊

Made this Recipe 2 times first time only with Seville Orange or as we say it in Sweden Pomerans With no tweaking I had only 2 kilos of pectine sugar so I ended up using the 2 kilos plus 0,5 regular sugar, I found it difficult to get the amount of pectine out of the pits and the rest, I ended up with a marmelad not set to my preferences wich was caused by lack of pectine. Next batch I turned it into a Citrus Marmelade 6 Oranges, 4 Seville and two lime so I Boiled the pip & pits and discarded pieces of peel, I boild it for an hour and I spooned it into a centrifuge juicer and ended with allmost dry mass and so much more pectine that I could ever hope for, this Marmelade set so nicely It could have been made with only regular Sugar cause of the tremendous amount of pectine extracted with juicer.
