oh absolutely! not everyone has time or is able to cook, so smoothies are a great option! another thing that can be helpful is if you plan one day a week to meal prep for the week. so for example, on Sunday I'll try to bake or grill a bunch of chicken and cut up fruit and grilled veggies and then put it in Tupperware so I can use on salads and for dinner throughout the week.

ooh! thanks for this remedy! you're right, it can be expensive to eat healthy, but if you're eating fast food or eating out a lot, generally speaking cooking at home will save you money in the long run. I don't usually endorse WalMart, but they do have affordable groceries in comparison to most super markets. it's worth looking into if there's one by you

thank you! i was part of last year's SNL showcase and submitted a tape this summer. i've always loved SNL but after being turned down last year my goal has refocused to have my own show, so i've been developing an idea with my manager and producers for the past year and will begin shopping to networks soon. fingers crossed that someone is interested and decides to buy the project and give me a stab at tv! thanks for your encouragement and support, i'm so blessed to have you guys in my corner!

I've always been really animated and loved impersonating my friends and family. I think it's partially because I'm an only child and always had to find ways to entertain myself. I remember after one parent teacher conference I caught my mom chuckling as we were leaving and when I asked her what was so funny she said she didn't realize how good my impression of my teacher was until she met her in person. That's when I realized I had a knack for imitations and really started working on them
