I would completely agree that engaging with those younger than you and helping them grow brings an immense sense of happiness and fulfillment. So here is a suggestion for question about public speaking. Few years back my friend introduced me “Toast Master” which she learned in USA. Group of people get together. One person just tell a story for 10 minutes and 3 people judge them with a small device to count pauses and sounds we make. I only attended one meeting and there were people from various type of occupation who had difficulty in office meeting etc. The person who was running these meetings was a chiropractor and these meetings were held in big hotels and meeting spaces in Europe. You have to pay fee to be a member. You can search about this online and find virtual meetings as everything is online due to pandemic. 🤗

He is in the same situation as me my marriage also in turmoil because of my mother-in-law she was staying together with us and always intervention in all my family matters. My advice to him ask your mother-in-law to stay somewhere else if you want to keep your family happy. one more thing I want to add on here if he is planning to give her divorce he will get the children custody. However, he has to pay for his wife maintenance as he mentioned his wife is not working.
