Travel, stays and food in europe was free from the company and even I was allowed to avail any entertertainment facility but trust me I got bored and missed karachi and my family so much. These attractions are temporary in the end you need your friends and family. In 2018 I cam back

Sir, apart from your answer to the successful but depressed email I want to share my personal experience. Although, I was in my early 20s I have been through the same feelings. Hence, after experiencing that painful phase of my life for a very long time, I decided to go for therapy and took a step forward to search something in my religion regarding the situation; *This is a sign of Nazar as well(thinking constantly about death is one of the prominent signs) *Secondly, therapy, meditation, breathing exercise, Manzil dua, and a few more surahs help me a lot to deal with the difficulty. *Religious Advice, please do some research related to your situation in Islam hopefully some Surahs will help you. *Please look after your routine/sleeping pattern & diet. Wish you a very happy and peaceful life✌🏼

For the last question, tho I am not as successful as the person is as he mentioned in his email, but during lockdown in Khi and WFH getting exhausted, I literally used to push myself for a 1 hour gym thrice a week and which is my passion. Believe me it worked as a therapy for me as I felt relieved and calm afterwards.
