It really helps to embrace failure and criticism. If they are right, you can correct your behavior. If they are wrong, why be upset? They are wrong after all

Thanks for all of the inspiration, Jack! I am wrapping up my Master's degree & really excited about the path I'm on to become a Professor of English & Film. It has been difficult to ignore the nay-sayers on this journey, and my mother's voice always telling me to stop paying for education and just "go get any job since you have 3 kids". I really appreciate this topic specifically, as I am committed to personal and spiritual development everyday, even though my family doesn't understand or verbally support me in these endeavors. High-five to anyone else out there focused on conquering fear of judgement right now!

I really hope your friend is able to free himself from a situation that sounds so awful for him. How horrible!!! I definitely would never want to force anyone into my life. I wish your friend heartfelt compassion and all the best.

Thank you, Jack, for sharing this. I enjoyed watching as I enjoy receiving you're emails. There are so many questions, that concern me, as I have gone through a certain training/Transformation back in 2012, I feel you know a few, I will not mention here. I am of Deep Truth, and the situation of many staffers/trainers have become NOT The Training! Very Sad. I will leave this here for now. I appreciate you, for being you.

I love what you said Something like “you have lots to contribute and people need this and this is more important than any fear”. Do you have a 5 minute meditation that focuses in this concept- the idea that you mAtter and what you have to contribute is important etc” i feel this is something that resonates deep in my soul that i needed to hear decades ago. Is there something i can listen to that will help build this belief? I fear being judged and not good enough, i think there is a right and wrong way to do things in my work and so i find it hard to trust my innate ability and enjoy the process at work. (Affirmation meditations dont work with me)

I loved the whole talk, it did sound a little like you were pro divorce. I am sure if you had more time you could of elaborated on being and staying married during difficult times.

TW: Jack Canfield calls his ex wife CRAZY in this video. I’m sure if I keep listening I would learn that’s simply his cruel and demeaning diagnosis he’s still telling that story decades after they’ve divorced???? are you serious Jack??? I will never watch anything of yours again. where’s the vomit emoji
