@@OrbPonderingCat lol no they weren’t, they had the best animations in the game, but their start of turn stats and pre transformation stats were terrible lol and with how long it took to build them up vs their damage output they could still be destroyed by LGE. They were not fun to use at all and I’m glad Dokkan was able to make them fun after their eza as their animations were fire but I absolutely hated running them. They were mid on release, they had good damage and by they team they built up enough defence to SURVIVE LGE if you didn’t kill goku outright with their damage they could easily get supered and killed. I absolutely hated the 5th anniversary and aside from having the most hype units it was one of the worst celebrations in Dokkan. I’m pre 1st anniversary I’ve been around since launch. 5th year was a fumble and both units deserved so much better. Most people started playing around then and that’s why they seem to defend that otherwise bad celebration

I’ve been playing Dokkan since a month after its release on global. I have maybe only missed no more than 20 days of logging in. I remember those dark days of never getting SSRs and stones when the game came out. Dokkan does continue to get better each year, with fun character animations new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to get stones. This is the best era of Dokkan and next year I anticipate it getting better.

Oof yeah those non guaranteed Ssr times in dokkan were the dark ages... been playing since late january of 2016. I remember grinding for 80 wins on WT to get a Gssr ticket cause they mattered so much back then since ssrs were hard to pull 😅

I believe 55% units have a completely different tierlist than rainbowed units. You're right on there not being a big difference in general though, but just in the harder events it's a struggle to get through them with 55% units
