Hi there me again, I just got home from work and had dinner and I just finished watching your latest live show. Where near the of the live show you talked my issue. And you've mentioned that you should have both the engine software aad engine device updated at same version. I am still on version 4.0 on both the software and engine device. I only have the engine dj software on my Macbook pro M1 pro that is running mac os sonoma 14.6.1. But I download new music onto my desktop computer the 2010 mac pro 5,1 which is running mac os mojave and then I transfer my new tracks from my mac pro into my macbook pro m1 pro via a flash drive which has engine dj software. Are you saying that the tracks I put into the engine dj software from my mac pro desktop computer that it sometimes has extended characters on the files and that is why I see red files after it is imported into engine dj software?

Hi MMG, ever since I've updated to Engine 4.1.0 l've had problems with the Sync Manager. Everytime I try to sync, the database on the target drive keeps getting corrupted. I'm using a Macbook Pro M1 8gb with Sonoma and the target drive is a Crucial 1tb ssd, I've been using it for about a year internally in the Prime 4 with no problems until I updated to 4.1.0. And it happens with other drives too. I've taken it out and connected it directly to the laptop and formatted it (ExFat) many times and uninstalled and reinstalled Engine. But on my PC with Engine 4.1.0, it works fine. Would you know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!

check that Engine DJ is in the Full Disk Access pane, I don't use the syncmanager, I use my own tools :)
